Products
If the model you want is unavailable, you can choose to receive a notification as soon as it's back in stock. To do this, simply select the 'Notify Me' button and provide your email address. This way, you'll receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.
We do not accept reservations or orders for items that are already sold out.
Deliveries
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can send an email to ajuda@purastore.pt to request a change of address. If you've been notified that your order is already being shipped, you should contact the shipping company directly.
Once the invoice has been issued, we cannot change its details.
All orders have free shipping to mainland Portugal.
1. After successful payment, you will receive an email from Pura confirming your purchase.
2. The order is processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day.
3. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of its shipment.
4. When the order arrives at the carrier's warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking code and estimated delivery date.
The order will be shipped within 24 hours to mainland Portugal if placed before 2 pm.
We work with a logistics partner to ensure 24-hour delivery times in mainland Portugal. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside of Pura's control.
