At checkout, the following will be displayed:
- Available shipping zones
- Delivery methods adapted to your location
- Shipping times and costs
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
In some cases, you may also be contacted by the carrier via SMS or email with information about the delivery of your order.
Delivery Times
Some products or sizes may have specific lead times, indicated on the item page.
When there is no special indication, the following deadlines apply:
- Mainland Portugal – 24 business hours
- Peninsular Spain – 1 to 2 business days
- Europe – 2 to 9 business days
- Switzerland and United Kingdom – 2 to 5 business days
- Azores and Madeira (Sea) – 7 to 20 business days
- Azores and Madeira (Express) – 1 to 4 business days
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days (from receipt of order) to request an exchange or return.
Conditions:
- Only items in perfect condition are accepted.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used.
- For payments made via Multibanco Reference, you must provide the IBAN to process the refund.
- All exchanges and returns must be requested through the Exchange and Returns Portal.

Taxes and Customs Fees

All customs fees and taxes are included, meaning you won't be charged anything.
REST OF EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD
You may be subject to local import taxes and fees when your order arrives in your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, which means all additional costs, including taxes, fees, and customs charges, will be charged to the customer.
